Intellectual Property Rights at London Guildhall University (1993).
International Commercial Law at Athens University (1996).
Hugo has worked in Bosnia Herzegovina, Croatia and Kosovo since 1997 for the UN and the OSCE. He founded Meijer van der Burg Advocaten in 2004 in San Martin (Netherlands Antilles).
