Information afternoon for buyers of real estate

On Sunday 20 April from 14:00 until 17:00 Gimbrère International Advocaten gives together with travel organisation ConCalor and notary office Frits von Seydlitz &Partners free information for future buyers of real estate abroad.

Mr Patrick Nobel of Gimbrère International Advocaten is familiar with Spanish law and will talk about the traps that come with the purchase of a house abroad (especially Spain). He will also give suggestions to the future real estate owner. Mr Patrick Nobel, our EU-lawyer, has worked for several years in Spain and is well aware of the problems Dutchmen can come across with when they move to Spain. Mr Nobel will give examples from existing cases and will answer your questions about specific subjects. Mr Nobel will also be available for specific questions about your own situation after the meeting.

Travel organisation ConCalor is the specialist of the Costa de la Luz and will give information about emigration travelling. These journeys are meant for emigrants, so that they can orientate themselves in the future purchase of the (second) house abroad. The purpose of this journey is that the emigrant will be able to specify his or her plans in a short time so that the success rate of the purchase of a house will increase.
