Gimbrère International Advocaten assists the driver involved in a bus accident that took place on the 19th of October in Bàscara.
On the 21st of October, Mr Tjaard Gimbrère legally assisted the bus driver who was involved in the bus accident. The bus driver was released but he remains a suspect.
A 16-year old girl lost her life in the accident and 24 others were injured. They have been transferred to hospitals in Gerona and Figueres.
In the bus were 59 Dutchmen, students and teachers of the Canisius school in Nijmegen. They were on a school trip to Barcelona. Dozens of passengers were stuck and couldn't get out of the bus. The Catalan fire fighters report that everybody has been removed from the bus.
The bus driver startled of a crossing animal and when he tried to move out of the way the bus flipped according to a spokeswoman of Travel Inventive Breda, the company who hired the bus.
Lanting Reizen in Hoogeveen is the owner of the bus. The Dutch bus driver, who wasn't injured, reported the accident himself, according to the director Mr. Nick Lanting.
